The current syllabuses have been validated by the RSCM.
The Dean's Award (Bronze Standard) entitles the holder to wear a green ribbon with the appropriate medal.
The Bishop's Award (Silver Standard) entitles the holder to wear a purple ribbon with the appropriate medal.
Details of the New Gold Award, which replaces the old St Nicolas and St Cecilia Awards, may be obtained either from RSCM Headquarters at Sarum College, Salisbury, or from the RSCM website.
